Welcome to the beginning of 2012 at the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS®…a year of Belief, Passion, and Commitment.

BELIEF...in our industry, our market, a measure recovery for our economy, our clients, and most of all in ourselves – our ability to continue to move forward into the future, individually and collectively, with a positive attitude and the will to be the best we can be.

PASSION...for the work we do to improve quality of lifestyle for our clients, for the efforts we make to see growth and development in our communities, for the alliances we build to ensure affordable housing for all, for our guardianship of homeownership and property rights, and for making a difference in the world.

COMMITMENT...to be the best-educated, most-informed, highest-ethical practitioners in Real Estate, and to participate in Association life as we move confidently forward with “The SCCAOR Experience”.

There will be some exciting developments at SCCAOR over the next 12 months and beyond.  We are making extra efforts to give you even more value, offer year-long hands-on technology workshops, enhance your leadership development, position our website to offer many more capabilities to you, build stronger ties into the business and corporate communities, and learn what you feel provides the most help to you in your business.

This is a collective effort.  I hope you will all join in as we embrace this year of new ideas that are built on the wisdom, vision, and leadership we have always enjoyed at this great Association.  Belief, Passion and Commitment are the scheduled stops…all aboard!
