REALTOR® Commercial Alliance (RCA) is Delivering on the Promise to add valuable resources to enrich your commercial knowledge. RCA is intended to support existing SCCAOR members who practice commercial real estate, attract new commercial members and educate residential REALTORS® about the field of commercial real estate.
- Monthly educational classes or marketing groups to introduce different property product types, such as R & D, Industrial, Land Development, Retail shopping center, TIC, NNN and multiple unit investments. Provide a referral network where REALTORS® members can refer their clients to the area expert.
- Provide an alternate source to SCCAOR members who have investor clients who want to invest in property other than residential property.
- Education on commercial forms on WinForms and AIR Forms.
- Support existing commercial organizations and not compete with or supplant them. RCA members will seek committed support from mainstream and/or affiliate organizations (ICSC, SIOR, CCIM, AIR, IREM and ASVB).
- Promote Commercial Day at the annual C.A.R. EXPO which is schedule for October 7th 2009 in San Jose Convention Center.
